Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst with 1-4 years
of experience to collaborate with our multidisciplinary teams in crafting tailored solutions using the
Odoo platform. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes,
identifying areas for improvement, and providing data-driven insights to drive decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI,
Tableau, and Visio.
- Perform data analysis using SQL, R, Python, and other analytical tools.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in project management activities including project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.
- Participate in the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering to testing and deployment.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems or processes.
Must Have
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Detail-oriented with project management skills.
- Must have 1-4 years of experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective management.
Nice to have
- Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python) for data analysis.
- IT Industry experience.
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools like Power BI or QlikView.
- Understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
- Experience leading small teams or projects.
- Experience as a Scrum Master or working in Agile environments.
- Strong negotiation skills for managing stakeholder expectations.
